Gabe DeLeon chose Real Estate or perhaps, more correctly, Real Estate chose Gabe DeLeon. Real Estate is in Gabe's DNA. His Grandparents during the Great Depression had little faith in banks and chose instead to invest their hard earned money in Real Estate. As a child Gabe observed and became fascinated with building, renovation and remodeling. After rounding out his Real Estate passion with various Real Estate related occupations, Gabe decided to affiliate as a REALTOR; with Coldwell Banker Realty. This affiliation gave Gabe the fire power; needed to take his Real Estate Career to the next level.
Gabe has lived on California's Central Coast most of his life, choosing finally to settle his family in Hollister. His deep roots in Monterey and San Benito Counties give him firsthand knowledge of this special place and its very special people.
